68 percent of young participants report difficulties with focusing attention, many people admit that it is very difficult to watch the video even a minute and perform training tasks without being distracted with the phone. About 65 percent believes that current future habits can adversely affect their research and career, and 60 percent of parents expressed serious concerns about the influence of social networks on children's emotional state and behavior.

The authors emphasize that the effects are identified not only reflecting personal problems of individual users, but also a broader threat to society.
