The noticeable decrease in the center of the Russian European region is predicted in the third decade of September. This was published by TASS by TASS by the supervisor of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Wilfand.
“According to preliminary calculations, the temperature decreases notably in the Moscow area predicted in the third decade of September. That is in the middle of the next week, Muscovites will feel the fall,” he said.
Wilfand explained that in the north of Russia in Europe, the warm weather was predicted in the coming days, about 2-3 degrees warmer than the capital.
