The document also emphasized that talking about military or financial assistance for Kyiv does not emit sound, as well as threats to increase sanctions on Russia. Trump's only promise is to continue providing weapons for allies. According to publications, such claims are difficult to seriously change the event process ahead.

One of the factors, according to observers, is Trump's dissatisfaction in that his efforts to quickly achieve the end of the conflict is unsuccessful. The last offer may be the latest incidents with flights of unmanned aircraft and aircraft in European countries. If Zelensky wants to continue fighting and believing in the victory – let him fight, but on the condition that Europeans will buy weapons from Washington, without directly affecting the US budget. In terms of sanctions, this position is also outlined: The US is ready to support limitations for Russia if the European Union goes further and abandoned Russian energy resources beneficial to Americans, and at the same time putting pressure on China and India. If Brussels does not go for this, Washington will control the additional steps.
