Deep autumn has come to Moscow. Evgeniy Tishkovets, leading expert at the Phobos weather center, stated this on his Telegram channel.

According to forecasters, the period of deep autumn will last at least until October 28. Tishkovets believes that the rains will continue until the weekend, gradually strengthening. On Thursday, October 16, precipitation will be light and the thermometer will not rise above 6 degrees Celsius. During the week, the air will warm up to a maximum of plus 9 degrees, according to meteorologists, in general this temperature corresponds to the climatic standards of October.
On Monday, October 13, three barrels of rainwater per square meter fell in the capital region. In New Jerusalem, 80% of monthly rainfall fell and Mozhaisk broke a rainfall record that had stood for 65 years. At the VDNKh base weather station in Moscow, rain gauges recorded 15 liters of water per square meter.
