The film stars Channing Tatum, Kirsten Dunst, Peter Dinklage, Ben Mendelsohn, Juno Temple and Emory Cohen, directed by Derek Cianfrance.The drama “Alpha,” directed by Julia Ducournau, centers on the story of a young girl who comes home from school with a tattoo and worries that she has contracted a new deadly blood-borne disease.
