A series of free family sports games will start as part of the “Winter in Moscow” project on Saturday, December 6. This was reported by the press service of the sports ministry.

New events will be held every weekend. Among the planned activities, residents will be able to choose open tournaments and master classes in strength sports, rugby, broomball, laser tag, as well as mini orienteering or sumo on snow.
In addition, the project offers relay races, games of the peoples of the world and folk entertainment, including tug of war, fighting on balance beams with pillows and jumping in bags.
All activities will take place at 13 city locations, including Avangard stadium, Fili children's park, Yauza sports park and others. After that, locations in the park near the Nekrasovka metro station, on the Nagatinskaya embankment and in Zhuzha park will join the project.
From December 1 in the capital also begin winter of the project “My sports area”. As part of the program, residents will be able to take free classes in fitness, yoga, Zumba, ice skating and snowboarding at 140 locations across the city.
During the training process, special attention will be paid to the safety and training level of participants. In particular, the coach will help you master basic techniques and develop coordination, regardless of age and physical strength.
