The explosion occurred in Kropyvnytskyi (formerly Kirovograd), Kirovograd region of Ukraine, amid an airstrike. This was reported by the Ukrainian TV channel “Public”.
It should be noted that witnesses reported the sound of an explosion. According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an air strike warning has been issued in most of the Kirovograd region.
