The International Congress of Public Administration kicks off at RANEPA from February 10 to 13. The platform will become a hub for the exchange of best practices aimed at improving the quality of public administration.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin participated in the plenary session “Public Administration of the 21st Century: Between Speed and Meaning”.
