
TotalEnergies has evacuated about 1,300 employees from various regions in the Middle East following attacks launched by Israel and the United States against Iran.
As attacks by Israel and the US against Iran continue, international companies are withdrawing their employees from countries in the region.
French energy giant TotalEnergies has evacuated about 1,300 employees from various regions in the Middle East following attacks launched by Israel and the US on Iran.
TotalEnergies General Manager Patrick Pouyanne said the employees in question were evacuated from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Pouyanne said only a limited number of local employees and contractors remain in the area to maintain essential operations.
