The Ministry of Health conducts promotional negotiations organized by the provinces. Though different amounts were given as negotiations were not conducted from the centre, it is learned that the Health Ministry is carrying out a separate study on the subject.
Although the figure is still unknown, it is reported that the Ministry of Health has reached an agreement with Ziraat Bank on a basic salary of 100 thousand liras. There has been no official statement from the Ministry.
Although it is known that banks in some provinces offer promotional payments at 70 thousand liras, the Ministry is expected to determine the base fee to avoid creating a feeling of unfairness. Promotional payments are expected to reach a minimum of 100 thousand liras depending on the province.
“THE MINISTRY SHOULD RE-EVALUATE”
Türk Health Union President Önder Kahveci stated in his statement that the Ministry of Health has launched a promotional agreement worth 90 thousand TL in cash and 10 thousand TL in cash.
In his statement, Kahveci emphasized that it is necessary to agree on the salary amount per year and said: “The promotion agreement in its current form is far from acceptable and meets the expectations of employees.
The Ministry should together with social partners make a new assessment and take the necessary steps to increase promotion. ” he said.
At the end of his statement, the President of the Turkish Medical Union called on the Ministry of Health and emphasized the need for a new assessment.
