Türkiye's economic confidence is at its highest level in eight months.
The economic confidence index in Türkiye increased slightly from 98 in September to 98.2 in October 2025, the highest level since March. Optimism in the manufacturing sector strengthened and reached 102 with a 1.2% increase from the previous month, while retail trade confidence increased 3.7% to 113.2. On the other hand, confidence in the construction sector fell 5.3% to 83.7, while the services index fell 0.3% to 110.7. Consumer confidence also decreased by 0.3% compared to September, to 83.6. Although the headline index remained below the neutral level of 100, which suggests a cautious economic outlook, gains in the manufacturing and retail sectors showed points of resistance, especially in the trade and industrial sectors.
