For 2026, the monetary limit in consumer law disputes for which the provincial or district consumer arbitration committee is responsible increased by 25.49% and was determined to be 186 thousand TL.
Effective January 1, 2026, the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committee will be responsible for resolving disputes with a value of less than 186 thousand TL.
