Industrial production in Saudi Arabia increased by 7.9 % per year in June.
Industrial production in Saudi Arabia increased by 7.9 % every year in June 2025 and accelerated from an increase of 2.6 % in May. The growth is mainly due to an increase in 11.1 % in manufacturing production, supported by a strong increase in chemicals and chemical products (18.7 %) and with strong increase in Coke and purified oil products (15.3 %). In addition, mining and mining activities increased by 6 % and the country's oil production increased from 8.83 million barrels in June 2024 to 9.36 million barrels a day. Water supply, wastewater, waste management and improvement also recorded a strong growth of 6.9 %, while electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning increased by 5.6 %. On the basis of monthly, industrial production decreased by 1.6 % in May, decreased by 3.4 %.
