The mass housing management agency (Toki̇) announced that the 25% discount campaign for housing buyers and businesses that want to repay debt early continues. In the statement given on the Toki̇ social network account, the last 10 days warned that citizens who wanted to benefit from the campaign.

Application for the campaign organized by Toki̇ for housing buyers and business establishments who want to repay the debt and have the right to own immediately. 8 thousand 251 people benefit from the campaign during working 12 days. In that context, 7,000 910 people who have paid off the debt will be received.
341 home buyers and workplaces cannot pay off their debt to benefit from the 25% discount campaign when paying in cash. Applications may be submitted to related banks until the end of the business on Friday, October 17. The debt payment after this day will not be applied.
Those who want to participate in the campaign must not have any unpaid fees or property tax debts for Toki̇. Residential areas and workplaces have been sold until the end of June 2024 and the debt repayment starts at this day can benefit from the campaign. Buyers with installments for 12 months or less are not entitled to the discount.
Housing owners and businesses that want to benefit from the campaign can use home loans through intermediary banks they have signed real estate purchase contracts.
Citizens who cannot pay all their outstanding balance will also be able to benefit from the 25%discount campaign. Citizens who cannot pay off the entire debt will be able to benefit partly from the 25% discount campaign for their cash payments, provided that the amount is not lower than 25% of the outstanding balance.
