A yellow weather hazard level has been declared in Moscow. It will be in effect until morning due to possible ice formation on the roads. This is reported by refers to the Russian Hydrometeorological Center.

“Before 09:00, the yellow level came into force in Moscow; it concerns icy conditions, which are expected on some road sections at night and in the morning,” the agency's interlocutor said. He recalled that the yellow level was also announced in the Moscow region – there it will be valid until 18:00 on April 9.
The yellow level represents potentially hazardous weather conditions and is the average level on the weather warning scale.
Before that to Muscovites speakthat on Holy Saturday, April 11, short-term rain is expected. The air will warm up to +12 degrees.
