From January to November 2025, the Federal Department of State Registration, Cadastre and Mapping (Rosreetr) in Moscow received 1 million 431 thousand 530 online applications. The Ministry's press agency reported this news.
“In the 11 months of 2025, Rosreestr Moscow office accepted 1 million 431 thousand 530 applications in electronic form for registration of rights and cadastral registration of real estate,” the announcement said.
It was clarified that in annual terms, this is comparable to the same period in 2024 with a difference of 7.3 thousand applications, and as of January – November 2023, the momentum is 8.4%.
“The current year demonstrates a consistently high performance for applications received by the department in electronic form. Despite macroeconomic and external factors, the number of online applications in the 11 months of 2025 remains in line with last year's level. At the same time, the trend of 2024 is also maintained – in 2025 we also recorded a fluctuation in the index of applications accepted “electronically” with the highest values in April, July and October, followed by a decrease. However, if a year earlier this decrease was on average 11%, now the dynamics are more pronounced and on average are 18%. At the same time, November 2025 also shows a traditional picture – in the last 5 years, the decline in the indicators up to October was on average 10%, this year the dynamics in November were more pronounced. and up to 24%,” said Igor Maidanov, head of the Rosreestr department in Moscow, who was quoted in the text.
In November 2025, Rosreestr Moscow office received 106 thousand 382 online applications. The decrease in the index compared to the previous month was 24.1%, and for the year up to November 2024 – it was 13.8%.
