In 2025, climate winter will come to Moscow later than usual. This was announced by the leading expert of the Phobos weather center Evgeny Tishkovets, reports RIA Novosti.

According to forecasts, November in the capital will be relatively warm and dry.
“This means that the onset of meteorological winter (the steady transition of the average daily temperature from zero to negative values), which usually occurs around November 10, as well as the formation of snow cover will be postponed until the last ten days of the calendar autumn,” said Tishkovets.
He added that in Central Russia in November, temperatures are expected to be 2 to 4 degrees higher than climate standards. Experts also predict a rainfall deficit in the capital area of 20-30%.
It was previously reported that a record heat wave will blanket Moscow next weekend, from November 1 to 3.
