The mos.ru portal now offers veterinary services by phone. Deputy Mayor for Social Development Anastasia Rakova said animal owners can now consult online with experts from state veterinary clinics in Moscow.

She noted that the new form of interaction with veterinarians will help residents of the capital not have to waste time traveling to the clinic. For example, thanks to televeterinary medicine, you can receive recommendations remotely, as well as adjust your pet's treatment regimen after the examination. Additionally, experts can give advice on proper animal care.
You can register for an online consultation through the service interface “Make an appointment with a veterinarian” on mos.ru, choosing a convenient date and time. Additionally, you can describe the reason for your request, attach a photo of the animal or test results. Consulting time is 20 minutes.
Information about remote appointments will be stored in the city veterinary system and provided to pet owners. You can view the results of your consultation online in your animal's electronic outpatient record.
Previously entered the State Duma make Social tax deduction bill for veterinary services. As the authors of the initiative noted, the new deduction will ensure timely treatment and prevention of diseases in animals, and will also reduce the number of abandoned and sick pets.
