In 2025, passengers of the Moscow Central Diameter (MCD) paid for travel expenses with the Troika transport card almost 225 million times, the press service of the Ministry of Transport said.

This is 12.5% higher than in 2024. The most popular stations are Kurskaya MCD-2, Vykhino MCD-3, Slavyansky Boulevard MCD-1, Zheleznodorozhnaya MCD-4 and Tsaritsyno MCD-2.
As Maxim Liksutov, deputy mayor of the transport and industrial capital, said, Troika operates on all types of transport in Moscow, as well as on the Yaroslavl and Paveletsky railway lines.
“Wallet tickets provide free travel to the metro, MCC and other lines for 90 minutes and on some routes for 120 minutes,” Liksutov said.

To travel on the metro, MCC and regular river transport, you need to create a QR code in a special application and scan it at the turnstile. On the contrary, on trams, buses and electric buses, you need to scan the QR code on the validator with your smartphone camera.
