According to the changed forecast, no snow is expected in Moscow by the end of October. The date of the appearance of a stable snow cover was announced by Tatyana Pozdnykova, chief expert of the Meteonovosti portal, in a conversation with the TV channel «360».

According to the weather forecast, it will rain in the last days of October.
“As a rule, a stable snow cover in our latitudes forms only in late November – early December. Most likely, this will happen within the indicated time frame, because December, according to long-term forecasts, does not promise to be very warm. Let's hope that winter will come at least in early December,” the expert explains.
Pozdnykova added that the forecast is recalculated every 12 hours. She concluded that it is unknown what factors might influence the weather, because the atmosphere is so flexible.
Previously, it was known that 80% of monthly precipitation fell in the Moscow region in the past 24 hours. According to weather forecaster Evgeniy Tishkovets, 49 liters of rainwater per square meter overflowed in New Jerusalem.
