“Muscovites and residents of Central Russia will celebrate the New Year with frosts and snow up to 9 cm thick,” the weather forecaster wrote.
According to him, a layer of snow 2-3 cm high will form early next week, when the temperature drops 1-4 degrees below zero. By Wednesday, the frost will be stronger to minus 9-14 degrees. Tishkovets expects negative temperatures to continue until the end of December.
