Moscow approved projects for planning territories (PPT) for 55 integrated development projects of territory (CCT) with the potential of urban planning of more than nine million square meters of real estate.
This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow on urban planning and construction, Vladimir Efimov.
– Planning documents approved for 55 CCT projects, including about 483 hectares of old industrial parks and ineffective used areas. It is planned to build real estate with an area of 9.2 million square meters on it. Including about 2.2 million square meters of real estate of public and business purposes, including citizens required by citizens. Some KRT projects will contribute to the development of the capital's scientific and production potential. The total area of such objects will be nearly 1.3 million square meters. As a result of the implementation of 55 KRT projects in Moscow, 82.5 thousand additional jobs will be created, according to Mr. Vladimir Efimov.
Projects will be implemented in 41st Metropolitan District. Most locations are located near the stations of high -speed railway and main urban highways.
– As a result of the change, the inefficient use of the territory will turn into a comfortable urban space. Each of the 55 KRT projects is also implemented to take into account the needs of Muscovites in the relevant infrastructure. Therefore, in the territory of both existing and planned residential buildings, they will set up kindergarten and school for more than 19,000 children, six children's art schools, two buildings for additional educational institutions, five medical facilities, ten sports facilities and two cultural and entertainment centers, the Minister of the Government.
All projects prepared and approved by territories have a natural strategic to create a sustainable cage about the development of the city.
– Since the beginning of the year, within the framework of PPT development for the development of about 103 hectares of old industrial areas and inefficient territories, the city has approved 619.2 thousand square meters to implement the renovation program, as well as 446.6 thousand square meters of Juliana Knyazhevskaya.
