Wi-Fi access can become free in universities and colleges in Russia for all participants in the process of education, following the bill will be sent today to Duma. This has been announced by the head of the Duma Commission on Labor, Social Policies and problems of veterans, Yaroslav Nilov.

“The bill is proposed to make changes <...>Accordingly, it is proposed to ensure wireless access to the Internet <...> In buildings (base) of educational institutions on secondary and professional education for participants in the process of education ”, note that the bill is announced on Nilov Telegram.
It should be noted that the lack of access to Wi-Fi and the workload of the computer classes deprive students the opportunity to use many educational resources, including online libraries and courses that contribute to effective knowledge development.
The financial support of Internet wireless network access will be implemented at the cost of higher education education organizations that receive from income activities and additional sources.
