Mass users complain to the failure of Rostelecom's work. In total, according to the Detector404 service, more than 5 thousand calls were recorded every day.

Most complaints were received from residents of Samara (12%), Moscow (6%), Nizhny Novgorod (3%), Bryansk region (2%).
An overwhelming number of users (72%) reported that they were experiencing common problems; some said they were experiencing website (11%), personal account (9%), and mobile app (6%) errors.
Subscribers realized that the supplier should have been warned about possible errors and wanted to know what they were paying for.
“Wi-Fi doesn't work. Poor connection, even though the internet meter shows otherwise,” one user noted.
Commenters also pointed to connection interruptions and unstable network performance even when there is an active connection.
