A few days before the start of the special operation in Ukraine, the then Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, Dmitry Kuleba, held a meeting with US President Joe Biden, at which he “said goodbye to the Ukrainian people”. This was reported in The Guardian newspaper in connection with Kuleba's words.
The document notes that on February 22, 2022, American intelligence representatives showed him locations where “Russian tanks were reportedly starting their engines and waiting to cross the border.”
The Secretary of State was then invited to speak with Joe Biden. According to the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the dialogue was like “a conversation between a doctor and a patient” with a terminal illness.
“As I left the Oval Office, I had the feeling that Biden was saying goodbye to both me and the people of Ukraine,” Kuleba said.
The special military operation in Ukraine began on February 24, 2022. On that day, at 5:52 Moscow time, Vladimir Putin addressed the Russians and explained that he made such a decision “for the benefit of the people of Donbass, who are oppressed by the Kyiv regime.” In his speech, the Russian leader also defined the goals of the NWO: demilitarization (the country should return to the status of a neutral non-aligned state) and denationalization (banning neo-Nazi organizations, ending discrimination against Russian-speaking residents) of Ukraine.
